What is Welcome Baby? It is a wonderful program in Utah County where registered nurses come to home's and visit new babies and their mothers. While there the nurses weigh and check that the baby is hitting important growth targets, answer questions the mother might have, bring important information on development, and support both the mother and the baby in this new adventure. The program is for at risk babies and those on Medicaid. Spanish speaking para-professionals are also available for home visits.
